All machines, including the HeavyLine series, are individually configurable. The size of the working area is determined by the customer’s needs, although the standard size of the HeavyLine series machines is 1300x1500mm. This series of machines is based on a steel, welded and stress relieved body. The mobile, driven on both sides, is made of steel and composite materials. Thanks to this structure, these machines are characterized by high dynamics of work while maintaining precision and stiffness. HeavyLine CNC machining centers are equipped with full, ergonomic construction, which ensures safe working conditions. At the same time, it enables the observation of the processing process through the use of tempered glass windows and LED lighting.
The HeavyLine series is equipped as standard with a revolver magazine with a maximum number of tools up to 32 positions, which allows the efficient implementation of large projects. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a linear magazine. The machine table is made of steel in the T-slot system for mechanical clamping of details.
The manual chip removal system has been designed to facilitate the emptying of the output container using an crane. It is also possible to expand the machine with an automatic – screw or belt – chip conveyor.
The machine is easy to use, has an intuitive and functional interface. It allows you to integrate the machine with a machine park in the Industry 4.0 concept. Thanks to this, it is possible to completely remotely monitor the machine's operating parameters in order to optimize its operation, as well as reduce operating costs.
