A milestone towards Industry 4.0
The ProROBOTic 4.0 Robotized Machining Center is a comprehensive solution that combines an innovative CNC machine with an industrial robot. It was built according to the concept of the 4.0 industrial revolution. The configuration of the machine enables its implementation in an extensive, automated machine park. It guarantees efficient work supervised by a maximum of one operator, whose role is limited to delivering a pallet of parts to be processed to the place where the materials are collected by the robot and collecting ready, palletized parts. This machining center allows you to minimize the amount of work, optimize production costs and have a significant impact on even higher quality of the products.
New solutions on a proven construction
The machine has been designed based on the construction of the highest PRO series machines. The body and running elements of the machine are made of welded steel elements with ribbing and enriched with composite additives, which allows to achieve high dynamics and precision of work. The stress relieving processes and machining from one clamping on a large-format machining center have a key impact on the dimensional stability of the structure.

Simple controls and easy communication
The ProROBOTic machining center is based on industrial, professional CNC control integrated with the LAN network. The ultra-fast EtherCat communication protocol used enables active two-way communication with key components, which translates into a number of additional functionalities. Among other things, it enables remote monitoring of the state of the main components in real time and access to report history, which allows to minimize machine downtime and perform software updates. The multi-axis real-time interpolator actively forecasts the trajectory of movements, also in the HPM and HSM modes, minimizes the lagging error, translating into dynamic, smooth and precise operation, and allows you to track the progress of the process in real time, allowing for ongoing correction of machining parameters. Integrated CAD / CAM environment that allows for easy editing of designs directly on the control unit increases flexibility in operation.
